Ms. Dunn’s responsibilities include receiving client calls, assigning projects to staff, and monitoring progress and quality of work. Ms. Dunn’s years of consulting, along with her technical background and strong communication skills, have made her a tremendous value to the Dunn management team. Her management role includes troubleshooting and resolving operational and staff issues, selecting and assigning independent contractors for project coverage, and conducting bi-annual performance reviews. Ms. Dunn is also responsible for attending client meetings for business development, staff supervision and development, and coordinating seminars.
